Scotch
Glenlivet 12

Bastille 1789
French-made blended whisky with no age statement, aged in a variety of casks, including Limousin oak, and bottled at 40 percent alcohol by volume.
Four Roses Single Barrel
Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon is complex, full-bodied and surprisingly smooth with a long finish. 100 proof. 50% alcohol/volume.
Royal Brackla 16yr Single malt
It is very smooth, and has a sweet flavor with a honey finish. It leaves a great aftertaste too.
Royal Brackla 16-Year-Old · Vital Stats: 40% ABV (80 proof), aged 16 years, 100% malted barley.
Orphan Barrel Foragers keep 26 yrs
Drinking the Forager’s Keep certainly is an experience. It is layered and balanced and hot enough, at 48% ABV, to impart what I imagine is the true flavor of whisky that’s not only just really hard to find now, but that wasn’t consumed as a single-malt when it was plentiful.
Craigellachie 19yrs Sherry Cask
Craigellachie has released a portfolio of single malts for the first time in history. The distillery stays true to its traditions of whisky-making, including the use of worm tubs - so called for their coiled copper tubing - to cool the spirit. A challenging Speyside whisky, it was described as "old-fashioned" even in 1891 as it makes no concessions to modern-day trends. Single malt fans appreciate Craigellachie for its remarkable sulphuric, savoury, meaty character.
Craigellachie 17yrs
A spirit of tremendous fortitude with real maturity and the old school flavor profile we've come to expect from Craigellachie but which is in rare supply from most other producers these days. There is a bit of everything here with sweet, spice and smoky notes that weave in and out, each taking a moment in the spotlight to show you what we've been waiting for these past 17 years. It has clearly been worth it.
Aultmore Single Malt 18yr
An 18 year old Aultmore launched in 2015 as part of John Dewar & Sons' Last Great Malts ranges.
